The hotel is in the centre of Poitiers so the location is excellent. The rooms were well equipped and a decent size, also spotlessly clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the hotel had a nice atmosphere. Car parking was underground and very secure, although I would recommend booking with the hotel before you go as there is not a huge amount of spaces. Also, a number of the spaces are a bit tight size wise. You would struggle to park a medium size SUV in those spaces.

Excellent location right in the centre of Old Poitiers. The staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English, thank you. Nice choice at the breakfast buffet also. The air conditioning in the room was excellent and much needed on a humid night.

I am a designer. Beautiful standard of furniture and finishes. For example tiling in bathroom was very good. Bathroom shower well designed. Lovely Nuxe toiletries. Comfortable bed. Fresh and clean.

Tucked away but such an amazing central location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely big room with a big comfortable bed. We liked that the room door didn’t open straight into the bedroom but into an entrance hallway. Felt very secure.

The room was clean, silent and pleasant, with a comfortable bed. The shower was good and the bathroom spacious enough. The breakfast was good. The receptionist was very helpful. A plus of the hotel is also the garage, taking into account the central location. The location is fantastic, a few minutes away from the main touristy attractions.

We liked the front and the sides and also the view from the back up high but we couldn’t see the back unless you lean out of the window. Note. Never attempt leaning out. It’s dangerous and you could be killed or seriously injured. If you go to the square you could probably see the roof but we forgot when we were there but as a guess I would say it’s in good condition. Inside was quite nice as well so all in all we really liked the property, style and condition all good. There are really huge white vases in the window but the aren’t for sale.

This is a lovely hotel right in the heart of downtown Poitiers. You can walk right out the front door to find restaurants and all the highlights of the city. We could walk to all the churches/cathedrals in Poitiers, as well as the tourist office, outdoor cafes, etc. We reserved their underground parking which was very secure. Our room was extremely comfortable and quiet. We hated to leave when our 3 nights were over. The breakfast is good also. Would highly recommend.

Very nice hotel right in the middle of Poitiers, the room was very clean and the staff very helpful, we made use of the overnight parking which was very useful and easy to locate. breakfast was nice and the staff very helpful again.

The staff was awesome. Had a problem with the drain when we first arrived but they fixed it immediately. We had a very large room so we could spread out. Bed was very comfortable. The heat worked very well. The breakfast had everything. We were very pleased with the location; near to the main square and lots of selection for dinner.

Excellent location, right in downtown Poitiers. Very good breakfast, nice room and helpful personnel. Other than this, Poitiers has very interesting places ( for instance churches ) which are well worth a visit
